Job Summary:
The SEO Specialist will analyze and develop strategies to maximize the traffic to client websites by improving page rank within search engines. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and the behaviors of search engines. The SEO Specialist must be a problem solver and decision maker, with the ability to prioritize and develop relevant, engaging and quality content. • Develop quarterly SEO strategies in line with the account team’s overall marketing strategy/goals for the client, taking into account each client’s site and areas that need to be improved and optimized
• Work with SEM team to optimize landing pages for SEM campaigns
• Be proficient in conducting advanced keyword research locally and nationally. Analyze keyword mapping, conduct competitor keyword analysis
• Ability to manage content plan, oversee content production and ensure all content is properly optimized
• Maximize all content production by finding ways to distribute, share and syndicate content across the web
• Identify offsite SEO properties and develop a content interaction plan to place key content in relevant places around the web
• Ensure a continuous stream of high-authority back links are being created from relevant sites around the web
• Collaborate with internal social media team to ensure effective links and references are being placed within social posts to maximize social media references
• Keep up-to-date with changes in search engine rankings, new developments, Google algorithm updates, etc. (both white hat and black hat SEO strategies), ensure AdPro is always well within Google search engine guidelines
• Use key analytics tools to track and measure SEO performance, test, tweak and constantly improve
• Continuously monitor and update: GMB and other directory listings for all clients
• Prepare SEO proposals for new business presentations as needed
• Lead SEO discussions and report on SEO performance in key client meetings

Skills & Requirements:
• Four-year degree at accredited college in marketing, advertising, technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing SEO for clients and working with Google Analytics
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Data Studio, and YouTube a plus, but not required
• Solid understanding of digital marketing data trends and SEM KPIs and the tradeoffs associated with each

Job Summary:
Work closely with clients on a daily basis to help them manage their advertising campaigns and budgets. Take a lead in creating marketing strategy and following through on campaign management, including planning, budgeting, overseeing media and digital placement, creative execution, production and trafficking. Ensure that all aspects of advertising are completed with proper messaging and strategy, on time and on budget.

The Senior Account Executive interfaces with various agency departments to move projects through the system on behalf of the client. This includes meeting with the creative team concerning creative issues and input, the integrated media team concerning media and digital issues, the communications manager concerning publicity and content management and the production manager concerning scheduling and timing.

The Senior Account Executive has major input in developing strategic marketing plans for their clients. After plans are developed and presented to clients, the Senior Account Executive is responsible for carrying out the plan on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handles day-to-day activities for assigned clients.
• Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals to clients; supports other agency team members in these functions.
• Leads preparation and presentation of client advertising planning meetings. Prepares meeting reports with the help of account coordination team.
• Leads team in preparing client budgets, proposals, marketing communications and strategic marketing plans, media and public relations plans.
• Develops marketing and advertising strategies, including gathering and analyzing data and information, meeting with partners and vendors as needed.
• Writes creative scripts, getting offers and writing disclaimers and obtaining script approval from clients.
• Knows co-op and state legal guidelines, assisting in getting co-op approval when appropriate, and ensuring disclaimers are in compliance.
• Tracks results of ad campaigns, providing clients with ongoing results and recommended action steps. Works with internal team on metrics baselines and objectives, tracking campaign performance through dashboards and analytics tools.
• Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all client communications, including calls, texts and emails.
• Checks and approves creative/production materials, copy, layouts, production art and audio and video projects and coordinates client approval.
• Reviews billing prior to release to clients; ensuring prompt collection of accounts receivables.
• Informs account manager regularly of account progress for all assigned clients; involves Account Manager immediately in event of potential problems, i.e., client/agency relations, budget overruns, etc.
• Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel, working in agency project management system for all reviews and communications.
• Actively seeks additional projects/new business from client contacts, being a student of the client’s industry and learning from agency colleagues about their areas of expertise.
• Keeps account coordinator/assistant informed of client activities.
• Represents agency at industry and community functions.

Job Summary:
Provide administrative and customer service support to Account Executives and their clients. Assist in the day-to-day administration of marketing, public relations and advertising initiatives to attract potential customers and retain existing ones for AdPro’s clients. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, detail-oriented program/project management, and professional communication with key client contacts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with AE’s to help facilitate advertising strategies and communication with clients
• Research client competitive landscape and report activity weekly
• Review client websites weekly, communicating with internet departments on needed changes
• Communicate marketing and advertising activities to clients on a regular basis
• Submit traffic instructions for traditional and digital media
• Provide traffic and data analysis for AE’s on current accounts
• Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, campaign analytics and other client communications and correspondence

• Verify media and digital buys have been placed and are running correctly

Job Description:
AdPro 360 is looking for an experienced and well-organized Production Artist with a diverse set of skills to add to our growing creative department. You will be joining an established graphics team in the design and production of various types of content including print and digital ads, web, outdoor and collateral. This position is best-suited to graphic designers with experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the entire Creative Department and Account Executive Team to create content that effectively achieves communication and marketing objectives while maintaining proper visual representation of our client’s brands.

• The production of various print and digital projects that include, but are not limited to: direct mail, brochures, posters, email blasts, web banners, business cards, digital ads, website landing pages, social media graphics/content, etc.
